Idk if you're already in the middle of the repair process by now but... Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend you replace the inner metal bar that goes across the whole door panel, which is located right in the middle of your door panel. See that your door is dented only the top half portion right? It's b/c there's a thick bar that protects the driver from a severe impact.

I got a similar damage like yours, and the shop didn't replace the inner bar in the first place. If the bar doesn't align correctly, there'll be a big chance that your fixed door won't close properly; A normal door should always be shut, once it starts to move in a certain speed. But it will most likely not close, if the bar is misaligned / bent. I know this b/c I had to go through all of that trouble w/ the shop, after the first fix.

If yours doesn't shut properly, you might be able to get away with it by adjusting the position of your door anchor, but it might make your door look "popped out" a bit more than your quarter panel.

Also, make sure that the top of your side window, where the weather strip meets the chrome window trim, is fully attached when it's closed. Even if there's a tiny little gap, there will be water coming in when it rains / washing your car.

Last pic is awesome haha. At first I thought the silver one was your wife’s and I was going to say most epic wedding picture ever.

Your coupe looks nice!

Looks great so far. Are you going to repaint the entire car or just down the passenger side? DEP still or color change?

Nice pics reFR3SH.

Most recent pic of mine - probably the only exterior changes since I last posted it are the red VS centercaps, BNIB side underspoilers, and I added the 6.5gen coupe rear lower bumper trim piece to the rear lip.

I've mostly been working on the inside, got the CL-S seat motors/heaters wired up, and added an autodimming rear view mirror that displays compass/outside temp. I also trial wrapped my passenger door panel...but not sure if the red is too bright.
