Smoke coming out dipstick

Hello everyone i just resently swapped out my motor for a j32. Its been sitting for a while and god only know how long its been sitting before i started it. I noticed theres white smoke coming out of the dipstick. Anyone know what this may be and hlw to fix it. Thank you

Could be coolant or oil burning in the cylinder(s).


** Always check the internals, compression, leak down tests, etc. before installing a used engine.
