thanks for all the support guys! this projects definetely going to make or break me, lol.

to answer the question about the ACM, i believe that will be my biggest hurdle, as were going to see if it will even work, but from what ive heard their junk anyways. i believe thats why comptech is working hard with hondata to release a reflash for the TL. i would love a stand alone such as AEM EMS, but spending 2-3k to get it wired up doesnt sound so good. e-manage looks like my only option right now and finding a reputable tuner in los angeles area.

Wow!!! Another crazy nut like me....right on bro. Wish you the best of luck. I sure do miss my accord ....Anyways, I am glad that someone is actually going all out like this an making this supercharger thing work. After my swap not going as plan, i was going to swap the internals from the mdz into the accord engine and try this supercharger swap myself...but i ended up getting a g35 coupe...now i have to save money and get a twin turbo kit on this car

wat the hell! your in california!!!! where!!! dood I always loved your ride! but I was always bummed out that you were in the "southwest"!

Its good to see that this project is finally gonna pick up... its crazy because last night I was having talks with a guy at the Meguiars Wednesday night classes and we went on and on about comptech not wanting to give us an application.

Just because you are a pioneer... If I see this kit on your car with my own eyes, I will give you TEN whole dollars! goes to show how much my budget is and why Im not even gonna be a pioneer like you, or even get the kit if it comes out soon! but I gotta give something... we all should!

This is the guy that he should see for tuning no doubt.

Shawn has done so much for the RSX-S community and works very close with Hondata. I know he has done a lot for other communities as well.

You guys are lucky to have such good tuners around you honestly.

If you wan't to go standalone you don't have to spend that much. The biggest obstacle is wiring which can be made into a harness by www.boomslang.com the rest is tuning. 2-3k is crazy for a rats nest of wires most shops will do.To your advantage its a sixpeed which eliminates a lot of hassle. All imputs to the car can de accomadated by a standalone. A piggyback is definitely a cheaper option bu not the only one. This was on reason I never bought the 7gen now theres hope but suck this is the last year for the 7g.

are there any standalone engine management systems that can controll the automatic tranny? if not,, that straight up eliminates the auto guys for this unless he can get the acm from the tl to work...

goodluck..

p.s. i almost bid 500 bucks at the last 5 mins, but i didn't want it to sit in my garage for weeks,, im glad you won it and already purchased the s/c kit,, way to spearhead!

Let's all be positive now "It WILL work. Forced induction WILL happen in a 7th gen. Mitsu Eclipses will fear the Accord".

As everyone else already said, good luck!

P.S. I just went into my local Honda store today and begged to talk to someone working in Honda's version of TRD or Nissmo; in hope that they could bring some power to my AT AV6 coupe.

No such thing... unless you're talking about the laughable excuse of a "performance division" that is "Honda Factory Performance".
