I have a check engine light. This is what it says:

The PCM has determined that the input voltage from oxygen senor 2 in bank 1 is too low for current operating conditions. (Oxygen sensor 1 is closest to the cylinder head before the catalytic convertor, while oxygen sensors 2 & 3 are located further downstream and are typically mounted in or after the catalytic convertor.) Bank 1 identifies the location of cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the opposite bank.

WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN? Is it a sensor problem, or an electrical problem? I appreciate the help guys.

it could be bad electrical connection or it could be bad O2 sensor.
it requires testing to determine what exactly when wrong.

thank you so much bro, Where did you get this from? and how do i use it?

Also, another sign is that the TCS light comes on sometimes after that. Today the check engine light went away. Wierd. Comes on and off by itself. I wonder if its an altenator problem?

The HO2S (Sensor 2) is either loose or starting to fail. If your car is throwing that code then it has to be the current problem. You could have pending DTC's as well. Fix the HO2S (Sensor 2) and see if that gets rid of the CEL.

But where is that sensor located? And why does the TCS light come on afterwards? If i turn the car off then back on the TCS will go away, but sometimes comes back on.
