I know this is Off-topic, but I just want to get this straightened out. My sister's boyfriend talks and talks, but never walks. He says that he is putting and Honda CRV engine, on a honda DelSol, with no mods after, and run 12 on the 1/4 mile. Could this happened? Or is he again, full of it. thanks for all the responses.

If he is "putting an Honda CRV engine in a DelSol," how is he going to run 12 on the 1/4 mile?
Does it even sound possible to you? I really doubt it.

Dont worry, I will make sure I kick him in the nuts for everyone. I knew it was bull****, but i just didnt want to say anything cuz i wasnt too sure if you can even fit the engine. All his BS about the engine been twin-cam, and that it will run that fast cuz the Delsol is super light. Thanks again guys. I will show this to him tomorrow :D

B20's are quick and if tuned properly woth the 5spd delsol it can run 13's but not sure about 12's....

Yea you could use a b20 then swap b18 heads. But i dont think that it will run that low of a time. The thing i like about the b20 is that when you swap the heads for say b18, you have torque and high end power.

yeah usually when people do the B20 swap they just only use the block. I know awhile back Super Street did an article on a civic running up on the salt falts using the b20 block because it could withstand the high pressure.
