Yeah, I know. But the funny thing is...Our cars HAVE chrome trim. Makes since to me...Besides, how many cars in our class even come with chrome trim(OEM)??? Not many

really, I love them...but I'm old skool, so I really don't expect a lot of you younger guys to understand what a nice set of chrome wheels does for a car. Cheesy to me is; black rims-reminds me of when i had my first car and the hubs fell off somewhere and all you could see where steelies---looks like a tanker, cheesy to me is; an unfinished body/lip kit. But most importantly here is that IT IS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU LIKE, NO ONE ELSE and chome is what I like....but thanks for the comments every one. I like hearing what you guys think, good or bad...it's the collective that matters

I used to want some chrome Zenettie "Vetta" (discontinued) rims that had the "swirl" look to themback in 2000-2001. This was before I found out that wheel weight was way different then normal weight. I don't see why folks mostly hate the chrome look. I like it a lot better than the black/gunmetal/ancharite (spelling) look. I always figured you wanted people to see your rims from more than 10 feet. I like chrome a lot better than gold/brass rims too. I think your rims are neat. It's too bad you have to have them replaced. I hope you didn't pay too much for them.

Thanks, It's all good, when it's all said and done, I will make out in the end with them. I knew when I bought them I could easily flip them if I had to. And as far as weight goes, I don't race anyone nor anywhere so I like looks over all...

Chrome is where it's at, but directional chrome...i don't know about that though. It sure is old school, cause there is an older guy in my area with a 2000 v6 with chrome directionals and he loves them too, but he also likes the look of my chrome too.

^^I say you roll with it and get a oem lip kit...you never know it could look pretty hot w/ the right parts on the car, not my style cause i'm more of a non-flashy person...but you never know where you'll end up...I, for sure never thought I would get bronze wheels a few years back...I would like to see how your car is coming along so keep us posted!

Your pictures does not do your wheels justice. Just retake the picture without photoshop effects/filters. Find a nice scenery and take the picture at the right angle. Than see what people say! I think those wheels look pretty cool when the car is in motion, if they were just slightly larger. I like flashy wheels just not an accord. I would never put chromes on mine, but as long as you like it go for it :up:!

I think the chromes look a little off on a red accord, but Ive seen a lot of chromes on black accords that actually look good. If I were you I would try to get the chrome grill to match and maybe an OEM lip kit from honda

This is very true, keep in mind I took this pic with my phone, When I get my 5mp camera out and get better scenery, then maybe some will appreciate more...Cause in person, they look sweet. I've gotten soo many compliments from people in person...

i noticed chrome is really big on the east coast and with black and mexican people. west coast and asian and white are tending to lean more the to alloy/black/gunmetal/ancharite (spelling). alot is a cultural thing. i am not saying all people of those races like the specific, but in my exp i have noticed that. i cant stand chrome on a car. but i have no problem with chrome on trucks. my truck is going to be on respectiable looking chrome/polished 20s.

but in the end it all come down to personal opinion.
