Where all the OLD AV6 Posts Went

Due to some issues with the old server, we were unfortunately NOT able to directly transfer all of those files to the NEW site. However, all of the best threads from the old AV6 site are now archived and have been stored offline. As soon as some technical issues are resolved, these 260MB worth of old threads will be available for download. So stay tuned. :)

so what happens to the threads that were posted more recently?? i had a couple threads out there asking specific questions.....you're telling me that its all gone?? this really sucks!! it took a few years to build that site up with all that wealth of info. now where do we turn to when we need help??? i'm sorry, i don't have the time to post a question and wait for everyone to respond over the next few days. the administrators should have thought of that before making these drastic changes. i know this site is free and its more of a privelage, and not a right, to be a member, but for now this site is pretty much useless.

alright...i may have replied with haste. after surfing through the site for a while and getting used to the new setup, i gotta admit, the site is a lot faster and people are replying to questions. now if people would stop post-whoring, this site would be extremely efficent.

the old posts are archived and stored, they will try and bring back as much as possible within due time, there is alot of junk to be sorted and alot of tranfers needed.

as far as postwhorring goes, its totally a waste of bandwith to make a new thread just to get point on this so called list. And it pushes away needed posts, if you have a good question then ask it, dont make a stupid thread about how many fingers you have, and how many burgers you have eaten in your life. Make some sense of it, this is V6 site :)

Man there are plenty of new threads to post in :D . I should know, I am in all of them :laugh: .

BTW: I am still upset that Stevtec's info from the old site still hasn't been put on here. Some of that info is irreplaceable and sooner or later the Accordv6.com will be closed down permanently :cry: . Will they ever be put on here?

No one bought the old site. The Accordv6.com board was hosted on Grounddesigns server. There server was so bad none of the info on there could be transferred to a new server. Also, they own the rights to the Accordv6.com domain name so they took it and used it as a redirect to there main site.

I still miss the Accordv6.com days :( .
