i would request for my money back asap. three of my teammates have had shady experiences and knew the owner of the shop personally.

hey i joined super honda a while back because eunduro was an authorized dealer over there...they were running a huge deal on d2 coilovers...apparently had been running it since sept/oct taking peoples orders and money and guess what...its dec and i don't think anyone has got theirs yet..they keep saying on there they don't know when the container is coming yada yada yada...and that they don't have any of this application but you can preorder them becuase there could be extras when the shipment comes in...sounds kinda shady to me...thats why i ended up not ordering from them

**** i feel like an ass. heres an email they sent me:

Bryan-

Sorry to hear that you still have not received your
product. Bomex products do take time to receive. I have
reviewed your file and did notice your order being in
here for a pretty long time, more like months. I
apologize for this inconvenience. I am however happy to
hear our sales representatives are helpful by providing
you with good information and communication. Neal isn't
giving you the run around, infarct it is true that they
do get a container in, but some products do not come in
on that container. We are self are expecting a big
shipment from Bomex USA shortly.

I will call Bomex USA today and see what the status of
your order may be, as far as product in the USA, or
still in transit. If you didn't know Bomex JAPAN
Closed, they now are BOMEX USA, there for they are
playing catch up with there previous location and
moving inventory/stock/ orders to the USA. Bryan I will
be in touch with you before Wednesday regarding your
order. If you have any questions please give me a
direct call at the HR Department @ 707.396.3311

Thank You
Jessica.M
EM_HR

should i cancel the order or just wait?

You should really read my thread i started at Clubrsx, i had the SAME EXACT ****ING PROBLEM with this Ravi Shukla owner. He gave me the run around with my stuff being "in the container". I call several times and email, no responses. Ill get a answer once and awhile, but its some lame ass excuse. So many people are getting ****ed over by this owner/shop its crazy. Most the employee's dont even exist. He makes up names to blame it on and play stories.

Ripped Off by Enduro

I fully entrusted Enduro when I ordered a set of Time Attack wheels in August 2007,I paid up front for these & have nor yet received them, although I was promised them 2 months ago by Ravi the person I dealt with, I have not heard a thing since then, I have instructed me Solicitor to contact him & await a response.
Be warned.

Hey Melt wassup!
You should follow the words spoken here, they are true. I used to work there, I know, and Homer got screwed too. He's only stayin a float because of Herman's paint and his parents' vast sums of money

BAAD experience

Trust me, he's giving you the runaround. Ask the overly patient person who's wheels have been in transit for over a year with nonexistent shipping companies. Claims with BBB, letters from lawyers, claims with Attorney General and District attorneys in my home state and complains with IC3 have not gotten my refund. Maybe the small claims court date I just got will get me a refund, even if it means I get a credit agency to zap his assets for it.

Hey Guys and Reddevile,

I am another one! Do you want to get together for a class action law suite or something? I am local to Santa Rosa and just spoke with Ravi the other day. I heard he just got paid a large sum for a custom car project currently under way. He continues to run the business as if nothing is wrong. It would be nice if we all could get our money back or at least most of it.

What do you think?

if the problem is this widespread, contact the DA's office in the county he works in.
