PnP,bored TB,custom spacer! pics!

yeah, taht wood spacer has to go at least for all the spaces and gaps from missing chunks of wood.

also, how did you more the throttle body if the butterfly valve is still the same? you would need a larger butterfly to fill the space of a bored TB.. :confused:

and third, did you remove the intake runners from the engine to port and polish? or did you leave them installed on the heads to do it?

Looks like dremel work based on the boring and PnP markings?


Kschwiggy is right also, the butterfly should have been removed so you could bore the entire T/B, then port it, then polish for airflow. Then replace the old butterfly with a new self lubricating butterfly that matches the bore.

Are you going to hone/polish the runners and manifold for airflow?

lol Nah man it raise the CR. lol Dude seriously I think you might have F up your car. You should go on Ebay now and buy that v6 intake manifold with TB before someone else does.

Why did he attempt to bore the TB without removing Butterfly?
or installing a bigger one?
Basically I guess he made his TB a funnel or cone on both ends?
