5th gen engine issues

So this past few months my car has been acting up, at first when i start the car, untill the engine warms up the idle will jump between 500-2500 RPM, its like im reving the engine. Thats also started happening in the summer too. And to top it all off, the engine is stalling when i try to go at a light and when i try to restart the engine it takes a while to turn over. I have a 5 spd but im almost positive its not stalling because of poor clutch work, its happened 4 times over the past week.

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Could be your IAC, or another sensor acting up. What clutch are you running?
