question about replacing O2 sensor

hey guys. quick question. I want to replace the O2 sensors on my car, and while looking around for some, a few questions came up.

1) How many O2 sensors are on the aV6? there are a few sites that list the car as having 2, while there are others that only sell (and have only heard of) 1 O2 sensor.
2) Where is the O2 located? is it BEFORE or AFTER the cat?
3) What is the best brand of O2 sensor to buy, and about how much will it cost?

Any and all information/opinions will be greatly helpful. Thanks in advance.

ok so i was on TASAUTO.com, a site from which i have bought many things for my aV6, and saw 95-97 Accord V6 Oxygen Sensors, both front and rear, for $99.95 each. thats damn cheap, isn't it? They are listed as aftermarket sensors. The site does offer the genuine honda sensors for a staggering $216.25, each. I'm surprised that i did not see these earlier. but in any case, i thought i'd let you know about the $99.95 price. since its such a low price, do you think that the sensors probably are of cheaper quality, meaning they arent worth getting?

I was under the impression that if the 02 sensor failed, one would get a check engine light. I have been getting not so good gas milage and I did a full tune up during the summer. This leads me to believe my 02 sensor may be broken, but I have no lights in the dash

my check engine light is on. i did a tune up as well. new plugs, wires, ignition coil, egr valve, air filter. everything was fine for the first few days, but then the check engine light came back on, and my gas mileage has been slipping as of late. so i figured..o2 sensors?? thats a logical conclusion, isnt it?
