check oil levels

mine does that now, since my tranny swap - there are like 4 pin connectors that mount to the automatic tranny - all my 4 connectors are not hooked up to anything
maybe they did not connect one fully when they worked on your car recently and it's came a bit loose because of vibration

what a blinking D4 light means is that its computer has detected an error in the transmission' system. It may be a shift solonoid, the torque converter solonoid or mabe even a loose wire. Just because the light is blinking dessent mean that the tranney is shot. Think of it as the transmission's check engine light. If the check engine light comes on is your motor shot? NO. Get it diagnoced at the dealer. Who knows it may be somthing minor.
