New style CF hood

I was checking out groupbuycenter.com today, and noticed that there was a new featured group buy for cf hood (Link).

I sent an e-mail to the company for more details on the product, and this is the response that I received:

Thank you for e-mailing us. This hood is so new we have not had a chance to
put it on our website. This hood is just like the rest of our hight quality
hoods. The V2 comes with Rolled Edges, Skeleton, Clear UV protected Gel Coat
and quality latch. The vent is made to cool the intake manifold and provide
circulation in the engine bay. The hood comes with a strong latch built in.
Our hoods are not double sided. Double sides does not really do anything for
the hood, it is more of a cosmetic thing. The price is 425.00+shipping and
we have that in stock already made. Give us a call if you would like to
place your order. Our hoods are shipped 3 day air. Just check out our
feedback, we have many many happy customers.

So, what do you think? BKNW used to be a v6accord.com vendor, but I couldn't find out their product quality. Have anyone dealt with them/used their products before?

P.S. For pix, please click on the link above

the hood itself looks nice. on our cars, it's VERY questionable. i don't think it would flow except on my car, which the body kit is rounder. but then again my car doesn't really look that good or flow either.

i'd say get the BW2 hood like Viper's if you want a hood like that. the chiseled look seems a much better choice for our cars.

I agree with ya. The thing I personally like about the 6th gen is the non-roundedness, unlike the 7th gen.

...7th gen application may not be bad, then. If they'll make one, that is.

I'm still trying to find a CF exterior product that doesn't fade over time. Every hood I've seen that's been on for over a couple of years has yellowed.

I've had mine for about 1.5 years and it's still just as shiny as when I first got it. It's a VIS hood.
