1.) Can somebody explain this to me?
i would assume that taking a 15 inch wheel and adding 6.5cm for the sidewall height... would be smaller in diameter than a 17 inch wheel and adding 4.5cm for the sidewall height.
but this calculator

says other wise. Says the overall diameter is smaller by .52 inches in the 17 inch wheel and the overall circumference is smaller by 1.64
why is this?
2.) What are the cheapest tires that still aren't crap? I don't have much to spend, but I want some DECENT tires. Basically, what are the cheapest tires I can get that can still of DECENT quality?
