How much does it cost to mount/balance wheels?

i heard it's about 10 bucks a wheel + tire to have them mounted and balanced and all that good stuff.

is that about right?

just got some new wheels...

any recommendations where to get them mounted in so cal?

it's around 10-15 ... depends on how big your wheels and the place doing the job.

15 dollars a tire to balance and $8 per wheel to mount
so like around $80

this maybe sound stupid but why do you need to balance the wheel?? my car has 26000 miles and it's time to rotate the tires but i'm thinking skip the balance part cause i'm broke

oh and HOnda dealer charges 60 bucks for alligment. why so high when Goodyear charges only 20?? is there a differnce?? thanks
