Running ported and sealed?

Welp i run a mouse dual 10" from rms which is ported. I have had 3 audiobahn alum12q's sitting around for a long time that i will never get any money back out of so i might aswell run them 2. The thing is they would be running sealed, could this cause any undo stress in pressure between the 2 setups?
