There was another Accord on here (RHD) that had the CR-V navi. No instructions for a DIY though...but if you search they had posted pictures of the finished install during the daytime. I'm debating whether or not DVD capability is a good trade off for a 100% OEM look or not.

Im sure that there is a wire out there to hook up your iPod and make it dvd compatible.

If my friends 2003 M3 can do that then I am sure that this unit can do it too Jeff =]

hi. kinda both yes and no ....

navi itself no, no slicing required to fit... just like replacing oem headunit.

but yes only for installing cassette player console for the amplifier.

Alan, in your other thread you labelled a lot of the connectors on the back of the navi but you didn't specify what they were used for, are they just unused?

Man that is the sex!

Im with Viet though, is it worth the dvd sacrifice. The screen on the aftermarket units are also bigger though. Dont know how good the Honda Navi is though. Ive heard the TL units are garbage but not sure if that applies to all the Honda cars as well.
