Wow I never imagined that. If you do end up doing it, I'm sure you'll be the first.

I was going to do it in OEM fogs... But I decided my current retro is bright enough and fogs would only make my night vision worse. As it would put more light in the foreground, which would adjust my eyes to that, making the distance appear darker. All while blinding oncoming traffic whenever I hit a bump. I already feel bad for the people who get hit with 55W of DL50's...

^ well with retro's it's pretty good

and with my car being low it helps lol, the only thing is when I'm on a incline its a little brighter.

but currently I have the civic fogs and it's useless.... just appearance

ditch the civic fogs completely and just buy Hella Micro DE Fogs and put an HID kit in it. They're projector fogs with a decent cut off. and they're small. You can google around and find pics, reviews, etc yourself but here's what i have bookmarked for my future info...

cheapest i've found was here... http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new

not from amazon but from the other seller.

cutoff pics can be found here... http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/view...=micro&start=0

i've been planning on running this setup in addition to my retros but i havent been able to save up for them, i always end up spending the money elsewhere but one day i'll get em.

These fogs are actually OEM on many VWs and some toyota SUVs.

but where to put them on the 01-02 bumper, i thought about just cutting a whole in the honeycomb grill thing and just mounting it like that but i am not to sure on how that would work

on the 01-02 you'll have to cut the honeycomb and mount it somehow I'm not 100% sure as I got the 98-00

Well the honey comb pops out just four screws holding them in just a matter of shapping the civic fogs to fit in the whole. There is a thread over at 6ga tuner that 1nonlyaccord made about it fitting on the 01 02 bumper but figured id try to fish here but I'm thinking about going to the 98 00 bumper just so much more options

Can't wait to see the results. The only problem I see with this is that the plastic lenses on these fogs are very fragile and are known to shatter/crack from rocks and debris on the road. Other than that, do it up. I want to see the results

I think I'm going to go with blazer fogs with 4300k

I just don't like the whole yellow fog thing
