how do i remove exterior door pillars for 2D?

so i had some CF trim on for a while with 3M tape. somehow it wore down and would occasionally come up so i had to strip the 3M and glue them down...that didnt last either and one flew off while i was driving and another cracked (no idea how) so, that being said i had these ugly, expoxy crusted pillars left. nothing broke down the glue so i had to sand it off. it looks ugly as hell now. i OEM painted one and still am not happy with how it looks.

SO...i wanna remove them and wrap them in either vinyl or some nice CF if possible. i just dont see any way how to remove them! i saw someone on ebay selling a single right hand one so i know it can be done. i sent him a message askin how but figured id get better more detailed answers here. i did a search and it yielded no results

u have to remove the rubber piece of the door and than just take em out. I did this couple of months ago and it was fairly easy. I think U might have to remove a screw at the bottom
