HEADLIGHT, high beam help!!

does anybody know how to leave your high beams on but at the same time have your regular headlights off?? without disconnecting my regular headlights... so basically i just want to have my high beams and daytime running lights on(the orange ones)and my head lights off...i have a 6th gen accord, 4dr 2001.....???

The orange lights you're referring to would be your park lights. Although some cars such as GM cars use them for DRLs. The DRLs would use the high beams at around 40% intensity.

Why would you want to do this? You'd be blinding all oncoming traffic. Unless you're talking about DRLs (Daytime Running Lights). The "orange ones" are parking lights. DRLs just have a much more subtle light output compared to highbeams.

If its the DRLs you're talking about, I think there's a DIY on here or on Google about using the OEM DRL setup that comes on some S2000's. That would probably be your best bet.

Example:

(I'm Canadian, so most, if not all cars over here come with factory installed DRLs.)
