Rear Seat Delete on Coupes, options?

Are there any rear seat delete options for the 6th gen coupes?

I saw a supra with a CF rear seat delete setup. it looked amazing. Was wondering if there is something of sorts for our vehicles?

I know GTR has this CF option that runs over 3000.

Nope. You would need to make your own.

It would be cheaper to make your own anyways... then you could sell your service to other accord owners.

** personally, I would prefer some kind of nice felt fabric or a textured vinyl. But, mine is just barebones now.

I've been pondering this exact same question for months. I have a few ideas that I think could work, as I personally don't want a backseat. The body shop working on my car is also working on my "rear seat delete," which is being based off of the pictures below. They won't be doing the upholstery aspect, just the fabrication.

This is overkill, but at least it shows what could be done if enough attention to detail was given to the project:

There's a couple of options actually....

It all depends on if you want to infill it using stereo in the trunk, completely fill it in like above with a false floor and false seats, or leave the hole into the trunk with a false wrapped floor and wrapped sides and top to create a nice clean wrapped opening.

I have ideas for a couple and am currently contemplating mine....

I honestly don't think it would be too hard of a job. I'd either start with some 1/4 plywood, or aluminum. Grab an old refrigerator (or something similar) box and start making templates. A great place to check out would be lowrider or mini trucking forums, those guys do a ton of custom seating/ paneling, probably full of great tips.

yea, no one ever sits in the rear seat.... coupe is just there for insurance costs vs roadsters

That setup for the bently looks really doable. It seems like a box that just covers the back, and has a cutout for the armrest

Well that's why I was saying 1/4 plywood.. light, thin & bendable.

why would there be ?

our cars are not sports cars, even cars with more aftermarket parts than our cars don't have rear seat deletes

custom or go home
