Two tone paint pics????

Since my car has the totally stock totally awesome(sarcasm alert) leopard paint job on the roof and trunk(I call them freckles actually), I obviously need to get my car painted and looking decent again. One idea I had was going with a two tone scheme where I would have just the upper part of the car(the very top of the fenders, hood, roof, and rear fenders and the trunk painted black. Anyone here have any pictures of coupes painted in this fashion? Has anyone on here done that sort of thing? Just an idea I was throwing around, but not quite sure it would be a good one though. Please let me know anything you can about this.

Here's a picture of my car so that maybe someone can do a photochop or something:

I dont think there would be enough difference between ur green color and a black top to make a difference. plus color changes r a biznitch to do on a car

Yeah, I think so, it was just an idea I was throwing out there. I've had bad paint for so long that I can't imagine a day where I will actually have a reason to put two coats of wax on it like when I bought it, and the paint was already starting to go. Green is the answer!

I actually like that, but my idea was to not have the black come down as much, but I really like how that looks. And with my green car the change would be more subtle, which works for a dark color, but I'm still unsure. Thanks for the picture!

^my thoughts exactly. SD's past paint wasn't bad, but when I hear 'two tone' I think and sometimes see...
