Making the coupe sunroof open wider?

Ever since I bought my car, I've always had this nit to pick about the sunroof and how it doesn't open as wide as the sunroof in the sedan. Now I know this has everything to do with the fact that the sedan has a longer roof and all, but the difference is really only about an inch or two of travel. Is there a way or has anyone done a mod that makes the coupe's sunroof open just a little wider?

Wish I knew. It bothers me too.

Didn't know that the sedan's open wider. Weird that the 2nd gen TL has a narrow opening like the coupe though.

Off topic but I only use my sunroof open all the way when it's somewhat chilly or not sunny at all. If I leave it open when it's sunny, the sun gets in my face, and that is annoying. I normally just use that JDM sunroof tilt.

Yeah, it's true. When I bought my car, my dad had a sedan from the same year as mine(2000) and I remember that when I stood up inside the car and sticking out through the sunroof, I could turn completely around without getting stuck, but in my coupe I never could. Yeah, I know I must sound really skinny, but that was 15lbs ago, hehehe.
