support bonding agent/epoxy for front lip

I recently installed a modded abs mugen lip for my 2002 accord coupe- had it painted to match cars oe color silver- but although
I used 3m dble stick tape on center section, all aligned up,
and sides with 2 screws each(stainless) there seems to be a small
sag/shift on pass side where top edge of lip is just below the
factory indentation/groove. so I thought someone could suggest
if they had this experience, what they did to alleviate-
RTV Isnt strong enough( not sure ) if not- I'll just go to a body supply and ask-hope to get a correct answer.thanx
