Bride Digo seat vs Sparco r505

Whats up v6ers, as some of you know im redoing my accord. Im trying to choose a seat. Im stuck between the Bride Digo Type R vs Sparco R505. Their is about 200 dollar difference per seat...obviously the bride costing 200 more. The only issue is that the Bride seat bracket is on back order until the end of june. But with everything going on in japan now it might take longer. Just lookin for some advice.

The Sparco looks less cluttered, but I like the how Bride does the hole for the harness......

Can you get either of them without the logos?

just found out that the sparco is on back order for 2 months. But I hear that both those seats are uncomfortable for big body people aka any one over 190lbs. So I might have to go with the Sparco Chrono Road

Sparco USA

Man I dunno, I'd imagine you would have that issue with most any bucket design.

Status' GT seats are the widest and most comfortable that I've found so far...I'd stay away from Brides unless you don't have any meat on your bones. lol

Their Ring GT in FRP and fabric goes for around $800, that's comparable to the others that you're looking into. If you find them slightly used, you may get an even better deal. They're super-comfortable though.

Yeah, they'll be offering a new reclinable next year but that's not soon enough for you. What about Sparco Milano 2s? They're now discontinued (replaced now by the R700 model line), so you should be able to find them new at huge discounts that might put them into your price range.

^^^^^^ thanks Brad, I decided to go with the sparco chrono road. I read a few reviews and I heard its real comfortable for big fellas. Now I just need to find some one to wrap my dash like yours. From the pics they did an awesome job. Im also lookin for black interior panels if you come across some.

Awesome, let us know how the Sparco Chrono Road seats work out for you.

If you're seriously interested in the dash reupholstery, let me know and I can send you in the right direction. I even have a spare dash to make the job 10 times easier for you. JPM Coachworks' prices including shipping both ways was still less expensive than any local shop I could find in my area, I wouldn't be surprised if it would be the same for you.

I have black door panels laying around also, not sure what I'm going to do with them yet.

I bought the spare dash off eBay, so I'm not sure how much the actual shipping was, but I know UPS charged JPM Coachworks $147 to ship the completed dash back to me.

Yeah, I had a set of the Ergo IIs at one point. Even though I fit into them, I could see myself damaging the bolsters over time. If your legs don't comfortably fit in between the side bolsters, they're not the right seat...even if you can fit into them. Aftermarket seats are tough to shop for, there's not really anywhere to test them out...at least not anywhere in FL. Maybe the Cali guys are more fortunate.
