take a look at my set up (need some advise)

here is the set up I have right now:

Pioneer AVH-P6500DVD touch screen
Pioneer 6 CD changer
PG TI 800.1
PG TI 500.4
PG TI 6 ELITE's component 6.5" (front speakers)
Pioneer Rev series TS-D690R 6x9 (rear speakers) want to change this set....
PG EQ230 (30 band equalizer)
PG LINE DRIVERS X2
PG TI 1 Farad digital Capacitor
i was thinking to get a set of rear PG speakers.... (but they'll suck) need some suggestion
and i got solobaric 15"L7 as my sub right now. wanno change this to more quality sub (such as IDMAX, diamond audio, or PG elite, JL W7) which one is better for my set up? (especially to match with my amp, the ti800.1)

also thinking about to get a battery (an extra one for the trunk) ---> is it necessary to get one for the back or just change the stock one BTW i got the alterstart alternator too..... give me some tips on this, i got no idea.... for the battery, which one is better? (blue top, yellow top, or the rockford fosgate's)
what kind of distribution block should i use? should i use 0 gauge wires to distribusion, then 4 gauge out??

thanks for your HELP!!!!

Euston

your right on everything you said...

1. nice setup
2. keep the pioneer speakers in the back you will be supprised
2.5 keep your sub....solobaric are solid.....everyone gets hardon's for jl audio, (I dont). you seem to have a good head about you so mabyee you should go out on a limb and try something new....

3. use either 2 or 0/1 gauge to a dblock and out from there, and the same size for the ground.
4. from the dblock out, use 4awg,

5. dont bother with the battery in the trunk, unless your going to be playing your music for long periods of time wiht the engine off, just get an optima yellow top (FINE THERE I SAID IT, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS OF INSTALLING I ACTUALLY RECOMENDED GETTING ONE OF THEM), since they are only like 100 or so online....

other than that, take picture, and PRACTICE SAFE SOUND!!

OH and BLUR OUT THE PLATE in your signature picture, especially in ny/nj, your asking for trouble.....

practice safe sound....you have never heard that before?....it means keep volume levels to a comfortable amount....dont play your stereo so loud that you cant concentrate on driving. or so loud that you block out traffic noise (horns, sirens, screaming pedestrians you almost run over...etc...)

for bluring your plate, anyone who has access to the dmv (I know that people are out there), can get your address, name, vitals, etc....just open your picture in paint, and draw a black swipe across the #....

later days!

So you ended up getting the Elites? Where from and what did ya pay if ya dont mind me asking...

As for the battery situation, like posted about you can change your main one, but adding another may cause more harm than good.
