Anyone have a car cover?

my car got keyed 2 weeks ago at my apartment complex and it gets parked right next to the walkway betwen the parking lot and the buildings so alot of people walk by it. But i cant see it from my apartment.

i was thinking about getting a car cover and wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them. pros/cons

Yeah, I have an actual Honda cover. But I'm a retard and bought it from the dealership and paid $200 plus for the cover and lock. But it does fit perfectly. Only takes a minute or two to put on / take off.

Just make sure if you do get one, to make sure to keep the cover clean, otherwise if you wash your car and then put the dirty cover on, it will leave all sorts of crap all over your nice clean car.

I have a car cover that I "sweet" talked out of the dealer what I bought my Accord. Has the lock and and all. I have never used it since I have had a garage ever since I bought the car.

I will sell you mine, for a coupe. PM me for details.

I found some decent ones from empire. This cover was a replacement cover for a custom cover that cost three times as much and started leaking water and collecting dust under the cover in less than a year. My Empire cover is 4 months old, has survived numerous strong thunderstorms and seering Texas sun, and so far is exceeding my expectations. I have 3 cars under cover, soon the other two will be covered by Empire.

+1 for Texas!!!! I just garage mine. And it's a daily driver so there's no need for a cover while it's in the garage. But yea if I didn't have a garage...I'd definitely cover it up to get it out of the sun.
