Got a Question about some headlights

Im thinking of buying some 98-02 HONDA ACCORD JDM BLACK HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS for my car but im unsure if their any good. I mean are they better than the stock head lights? Or are they just the same and better looking? If anyone has bought these kind of headlights for the 02 Accord coupe give me a feed back on them. Thanks

You could use stock foggies.. but they aren't driving lights.. beam is very wide.. (technicial you could aim the higher... haha)

I'm not sure about the performance factor, but I would just go with some TYC black housings. They look good, and clean. I'm not a big fan of the halos.
