received mugen lip, fitment problem

wassup,
i recieved my mugen lip for 00 accord sedan,
when i test fitted it, it seems like its not long enough....

when i try to make it fit, the side bends a bit, and im worry about the side breaking, cuz its made out of abs plastic ....

does everyone's mugen lip for the sedan really REALLLLLy tight fit?

My Mugen lip for a coupe fits really tight, kinda makes a popping sound if I move it around. I had to basically force and pray for it to go on.

Hmm... weird. When I had my lip it was a really easy fitting. I could have put it on by myself if I really wanted to.

I had both Type-R lip and Mugen lip on my 02 AV6.

none of them fit "easy", but they do fit, and when they fit, they are direct fit. Real tight.
Once you fit 'em, its such a tight fit that it makes you feel safe(that it won't just drop).

just keep on trying. you'll get it on eventually. mine seemed short also.

No. All I used were two screws (one on each side).
