Did anyone purchase these bulbs?

I was looking at their website and noticed that there is a instrument bulb that looks like this:

Here is the description:

T1.5 Instrument Lamp
1-LED Instrument Cluster and Gage illumination bulb. T 1 1/2 bulb installed in twist-lock socket base Available with White, Blue, Green, and Red wide angle LED
$ 1.79

Does anybody know if this will fit our car. Anybody order these bulbs from them? I would really like to change the odometer and clock bulbs.

Here is their website:

http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...gi?product=CAR

I emailed them but they did not know.

i think those are 198/164 bulbs and it's use to light up the 3 needles for the gauges.

If you want to put LEDs in your gauge cluster you'd have to use the first one. The 2nd picture are the same bulbs, but in a difference base. The 2nd one are the bulbs you can put in your door light, or the parking light up front.

Yeah but shipping is $5 so it would only be a good idea if someone was going to buy some other LEDs like 1157s or 168/194s. Since shipping does not change when you order more bulbs.

No, No, No, this LED will only fit the automatic shifter (on the floor) the dometer in the gauge cluster, and the 4cyl temp gauge in the cluster.

The gauge cluster bulbs for the V6 and 4cyl (except the temp gauge) use size 194/168

The clock, climate control end everything else still have to be modded to get an LED to work. You must solder resistors on the LED's in the stock bulb holders. (My site has all the instructions.)

These are in direct competition to the ones that I sell, so I purchased a couple. All I can say is these are not bright enough at all. Mine are WAY brighter. Yes, mine are $8, but you get free shipping (1st class mail), and you are sure to get very bright LED's. They will also match the LED kits that I sell perfectly.

There is a reason they are so cheap. Even NetDisty sells the same size, but theirs are $11 each.

visit www.99Accord.com for more info.

Everyone!

the twist-lock T1 1.5 LED bulb WILL NOT fit the clock bulb! The clock bulb does have the same twist-lock base but it is smaller, way smaller. You will need a 3mm peanut size bulb to fit it. The twist-lock T1 1/2 LED bulb can fit our cars but only in the A/C control panel. I know for a fact that the left and right dial on each side can fit the twist lock T1 1/2 and the also the LCD readout in the center but the other buttons require a smaller twist lock base, i believe a T1 1/4 bulb. im not exactly sure but the T1 1/2 wont fit the other buttons only the dials and center screen.

i've been searching and searching the net for smaller twist lock LEDs but no luck so if anyone knows please let me know, cuz so far i have two blue dials an orange clock and orange A/C screen.

(they are orange because i took out that nasty green filters behind the screens and the true color is orange, crazy! BLUE and ORANGE, what a combo!) i get definate looks and comments cuz ppl dont really see to often a blue and orange color scheme.

Post pics because those LED's are not that bright. I would like to see how bright they light up the dials.

Thanks
