It looks "ok" at night, but in the day, it's like a 5 year old colored it....

Looks ok but not my cup of tea. I like reverse glow ones that look OEM during the day and the numbers light up white at night.

And why is the redline past 6200 RPM?

I think those are probably for the 5spd 4cylinder, not the av6.

but good thing you noticed that.

4cyl 5 speed redlines at 6250 i think. I think it's a whole "buy our gauges, they have high rpms!" because the gauges i got go up to 7k. I like to stick to the simple look

just depends which gauges you get, my first set the redline was at 6800, these ones are right where it's supposed to be, hard to tell from the pic though

as for the S7s, no thanks, don't like how they look during the day, and the center ring at night looks crappy. Why can't people stick to nice fonts also, it doesn't have to be ghetto font to look good.

nice clean font

thanks...i'll be getting wings west w-type and magnaflow exhaust pretty soon then i'll get some more pics

Illusion How did you get your needles red? Long time ago i painted mine blue and tried some LED"s behind the needles, but that didn;'t work so i'm stuck with blue needles that don't light up. I've been trying to get a cluster from 2k1 or 2k2 coupe because they have the red needles, but i saw that you have a sedan.

I just used a red paint pen(actually a red pigment pen from Michael's crafts), my only LED is the one for the odometer.

this is the pen

i bought this "intelliglow needle kit" which was these rings with 2 led's per ring, that you had to stick behind the needle. Not the LED's that you would put behind the cluster
