painted engine covers?

does anyone make these or know somebody that can? i'm just too lazy to do it myself. I recently had my cover broke by a mechanic when he bent the piece off from on top of the alternator. So if anybody knows someone that can make me a set i'm willing to pay, or if someone can just give me instructions on how they did theirs. Thanks

I just did my engine cover yesterday!

I just used Krylon fusion for plastics paint from WalMart which bonds to plastic without primer or sanding, masked off the Honda part, and just sprayed it! Use lots of light coats, or it will look uneven.

good luck

it took me about 5 hours because i waited between coats, but that fusion paint I used dried in like 20 minutes and it didnt drip at all. I still need to get some paint thinner to clean it up some, but I think it was a cool mod for $3.50
