wings west rear lip on 02 coupe

i was looking at cars on cardomain.com and saw this 02 accord with a wings west kit, i looked at the rear bumper to see if he switched the bumpers cause thats my planning, to change my rear bumper to a 98 so i can put the wings west rear lip on it, but his rear bumper was a 02, i was on the wings west site, and they dont have a kit for the 01-02, i was wondering would the 98-00 rear lip fit for the 01-02, i think what i wrote is confusing, but heres the link....

what do you prefer? cutting/trimming to make it fit on the 02 bumper or buy a 98 bumper n slap it on.

how much cutting is involved? I'm good with a dremel, i would do it myself if I got the lip.
