Hate Leather seats

I just recently purchased my car and have since found out having leather for the first time that leather and hot weather doesn't do so well. I like to drive with the windows down and feel the wind, yet I often find myself sticking to the seats. I want to maintain a clean look for the front seats yet I just want something other than leather. Anyone have this problem as well and if so what alternatives are there? I was considering going to some suede sparco seats but the only problem is will i fit in one being about 250 pounds....

sparcos are definitely a good choice. i dont like leather seats as well.
you can always swap your seats out for some cloth ones you can probably find from a totalled accord

might not be a bad idea at all. I saw that there were some suede sparco's in a local shop and I have no clue what ones they were though but tan is all I noticed. Does any company actually make a racing seat that fits someone over 200 pounds with comfort. Oh there is no doubt I could squish into one but I would need jaws of life to pry me out of it almost need for a seatbelt.

I would gladly trade my cloth seats for leather seats if you can't find anyone else

what did it cost you to get your seats done like that? did you have to get a custom upholstery on them or was it like a katskins kit? I was thinking about going tan suede possibily....

Seat covers look cheap IMO. You're better off resurfacing the seats in another material.

Most seat covers suck big time... this company makes some nice ones... But i wonder if it messes with the side airbag... since it is neoprene...

sure the leather is sticky, but the cloth attracts lint, and it holds in dust and dirty. My leather always looks real nice

If I did trade someone my leather seats for their cloth seats what price in addition to the seat trade would be good for both parties.....

I hate my cloth seats and love leather. I have an 02 coupe. If you would really like to trade, then let me know. Seriously. The seats are in excellent condition and I could get you some pictures. I kept the car clean and only have 32k miles on it. Let me know.

Uhm....lol, well since u dont like leather seats, if u have 2 choice. You get replacement seats for ur from a junkyard that are cloth. Or you buy aftermarket racing seats, and since ur "250 lbs." maybe a diet?

OUCH.....yeah its 250 on a good day thus my nickname "lumpy". I don't really care about being overweight too much i would rather enjoy life eating than putting myself through hell trying to stay fit and eat healthy. I am located in Portland so Northern California would be a stretch though. I am thinking of coming down to Medford/Ashland early this coming week or at least in a couple weeks but thats still a long way south for me.

if you have a coupe with quartz leather, i'd be willing to buy those seats off of you (of course, if they're in good condition) if you get new one! =]

Well leather is only good when it is cool. When it is brick outside your ass will freeze, when it is hot outside, your ass will burn.
