Painting body kit

I ordered a body kit and it should be here by the end of the month. I got new front bumper, fenders, side skirts and rear bumper. The only question now is do I have all the body kit pieces painted to match the car, have them painted and blended or just get the entire car repainted a different shade of color than I have currently?

usually you just get the entire car painted the SAME color.. you can't just paint the pieces and throw them on because the shade won't really match very well

depends on how much you want to spend, it's cheaper to just paint the kit to match the car as opposed to painting the whole entire car.

I put the OEM lip kit on my 98 accord about 5 months ago and the shading is barely even noticeable. Maybe I just got lucky, but anyways just get the kit painted the same color as your car.

What should I expect to pay to get the body kit prepped and painted? I am slightly hesitant to getting just the kit painted because of how easy it would be to mix up the shades of red....I figure I could find a hole in the wall shop and get the car prepped really nicely and then take it there and have it painted...I am worried though without spending a lot of money, that I could be running the risk of getting a shotty paint job on a nice car.

Do this, it would cost you around $1200 to repaint your entire car

I think the whole car repaint is the road that I am going to take since I am thinking about going with a candy apple red color with some silver flake in it or gold flake....

I think before I paint the car I am going to also install some NSX simulated side scoops but not sure if my "rice" rating will go up. I guess I will have to get them and find out....here is a link to the site and if anyone has any comments please feel free to let it all out....

Thoses NSX scoops look sweet, but to "install" them, you should have the shop thats gonna paint the car for you "install" them. But none the less, NSX scoops would look dope.

AND WHAT KIT DID U BUY??? SHOW some pics, or some links or something!

Yeah a buddy pointed out the same thing to me today....never was good with matching...I just realized that a R33 front with a Mustang looking rear might not go so well
