Kind of off topic... but at the same time on topic here. I think that it would be kind of cool if someone took the sedan front bumper (98 - 00) and they got the WW kit for the front then did the rest like Mugen... or WW... or Kaminari or something. What do you guys think?

i am actually in the process of repairing an accord at my work with alm ost the same damage. his whole radiator support needs to be replaced, the hood buckled like yours and the striker on the hood pulled the latch and radiator support up so high it pulled the lower support into the condensor and radiator, pics will be in my gallery today after work. sorry to hear about your baby

oh i see, well yea, i need to replace what you said, can you give me a quote of how much it usually cost to fix? also the bumber for 2001 fit into 99 without any problems? same bolts and clips locations? so the only thing different from a 2001 bumber and a 99 bumber is the style?

From what I've heard, don't buy anything but authentic VIS or OE Tuning CF hoods.

prices are different from state to state and shop to shop. you also might not need your whole radiator support replaced, maybe just your upper tie bar. the grille lines are different from 98 99 to 00-02 and also the hood, to match the grill lines. my cf hood actually is for an 00-02 and it doesnt line up with my grille, when the time comes ill just shave the corners off the hood to line it up. i think the center bumPer mounting brackets points are different. there is 3 mounting brackets, 1 under each headlight and the 1 inbetween your headlights that the grill mounts to. i have a 01 accord at work that i will compare mine with tomorrow so i can let you know for sure.....
