Talking Carbon Fiber BW2 Hood Group Buy Interest

I originally had a Ground Design Black Widow II Hood on my coupe. Then I recently decided to get the Invader Hood in Carbon Fiber. Now I see that a carbon fiber BW2 Hood would be bada$$. The only problem is I cant find a company that makes it in carbon fiber. Solution is that Extreme Dimensions (actually Carbon Creations) can make one for us as long as there are 10 buyers.

So this is a poll to gather interest on the hood for coupes only (unless that hood fits sedans as well not sure). I am also trying to see if they can make a few so they fit better with ppl that have a cl-s swap and/or hope IC

Make sure to state if you have Sedan or Coupe.

Price:
5 Buyers at $499
10 Buyers at $449

shipping anywhere in USA (except Hawaii/Alaska) is $120

And this will be a limited production run we will be the only ones with this hood and no more will be made or sold. Silver CF is NOT available.

This will also take about 3 months until we get them.

Fitment: will be gauranteed and all the carbon fiber products i have seen from them look great with no weave flaws except for the one with the shave trunk.

Seriously Interested:
1. Tony (Habib)/Coupe
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

Please only very interested parties Post your name and coupe or sedan. We know what happened w/ trunk GB and how only a few ppl can make it a very long process.

If only they could make a close match to Firepepper red, then I might be willing to shell out the money for it. As much as I would like one, it's just not in the budget right now.

I could, but that would cost even more money, and until I get more hours at work, I'm not able to do anything else to my car. More hours = more money. More money = more mods. More mods = faster AV6.

it will be under $400 for sure for black carbon fiber. But more than likely it will be closer to the $350. I should have price in the next day or two.
I am looking for some nice pics if anyone has some pls post.

I would but they cut the center and support so it would fit w/ swap and hope IC. The BW2 I had only rubbed in a few spots that one main reason im going back.
So it is very woobly(sp?) youd be better off w/ this hood.

robby: are you down for one

You may get cheaper shiping but thats about it cuz you will be getting bottom price for this and most likely the trunk as well.
As for sedans if there is enough interest I will do that one too.

this will prolly end up taking at least 2 months before you have to make full payment. And prolly 3-4 weeks until you need to put about $100 down. But it will be worth it.

people who care more about function than fashion care if it increases the coefficient of drag.

The scoop is open so air does go thru.

I dont think we really have to worry much about drag coefficient for accords. We have bigger problems like tranny and very very few of us on here are really worried about drag coefficient.

Original post updated with pricing and more info.

i would be interested in this depending on what happens with the sedan cf trunk. i already have the invader but i want to have 2 different hoods and bumpers with cf lips to switch it up everynow and then. i could get this hood and the coupe front bumper with the cf mugen lip, and then my invader with the 99 bumper and cf type r lip. im 50/50 depending on which buy(cf trunk or cf hood) gets numbers quicker i guess. makes me wish i was made of money and could do both.
