Is this rice or clean?

im lookin into gettin some HID's but b4 i do want 2 get some different headlights without havin 2 pay 4 a retro fit. how do these look?

it all depends, you can put them on and have them clean looking, or vice versa. So it all depends on the entire look of ur car. But the headlights look clean.

for tht price, i'd get the TYCs.... better projectors than those halos

IMO rice, sorry. I think stock or blackhousing looks best on our cars.

i wanna get just plain blackhoused with no projectors but i dont want 2 melt the lense wit the hids.

you won't. if you have a green car...i'd say go with blackhoused oem headlights or blackhoused TYCs with an HID kit if you're trying to stay away from a full retro. the reason I'd go with TYCs is because in my opinion they look the best and you can fairly easily retro a set of HID projectors into the TYCs (the ECE Valeos are pretty much a direct swap for the TYC projectors). then you'll have the good look and good output =]

i forgot who it is...i just saw a pic of it on here earlier today too...but they have a black AV6 with blackhoused headlights with the amber strip left in it...it looks GOOD
