bronze rims on red car?

I'm thinking about getting bronze Work Emotions Cr Kai rims for my car.

Will 18'' X 7.5'' with +42 off set fit on my 02 Av6 Coupe? I'm thinking about putting 225/45/18 F and 235/45/18 R. I'm dropped on Hr Sports but might go to Hr Race if my car higher b/c on the rims.

Also, do you guys think "matte bronze" looks good on a san marino red coupe?

235/40/18 rubs slighty in the back if you have passengers and when you enter parking lots

Red & Bronze is a sweet combo. I want either the 5Zigen FN01R-C or the WedsSport sa-70 or 90 for my red hatch.

you can go with 45's if you like beefy tires.. nothin' wrong with that... i think i had that size on my first set of tires, i wasn't likin' it too much cuz it took away the looks of the rim... but thats just me

no my car's not dropped but I got rid of my stockies and got set of rims. They are 17s so I like the size, I dont want to take chances of scraping with 18s and I dont plan on lowering my car for several reasons; Costs buttload of money to do it right, because youd need Springs, Shocks, and camber kits even. And they rape you with installation. Also, I would be scraping everywhere and I dont want to be going 2mph sideways over speed bumps. Im sure i can find decent drops but I dont plan on dropping it anytime soon, I need to paint my car first. :-D

I used to have those rims in the same exact size. You are going to want to get a +48 offset in a 7.5 inch wide rim. And for tires, get 225/40/R18. That is the perfect fit, trust me

Was thinking about putting those same wheels on my red sedan and put some 245/45/17 tires on the front and maybe something smaller on the front like the 215 falkens that I have now.
