TexasAV6, dont you think your exhaust is a bit too low? I dunno or may be its just the picture. How much is the Apexi WS?

Does anybody has a pic of Apexi WS with the rear OEM body kit?

SIR001

re: blacked out taillights.

I didn't black those tail lights out. I tried to black-out some clear ones, but it didn't look right. When I cruising around ebay about 1-1/2 yr ago, somebody was selling them for $100 shipped (new) and I said what the hell To my surprise they look awesome at night, and during the day dark with a tad blue tint. However, I've been very lucky around my area. During the day time, cops love to nail you for these lights. During the night time they can't tell very well, but if you have them on, pray that no cop is behind you.

My only complaint about these lights is that when I replaced them, with red bulbs, I have my rear tail light indicator on my dash telling me my lights are out (which they are not). Some day if I have nothing better to do, I'll find out which bulb is screwing up.

after forevers.....old style thermals. The pic really makes them look smaller than they are. BTW, anybody interested in maybe trading for something else? They are fine, but maybe somebody out there has something with a little more power.....
sorry, its a crappy pic.

will there be any loss of power and torque or will the sound be noisier if you convert the dual exhaust to just a single exhaust system?

aCcOrDv6VTEC3R - Are those the 5Zigen fireball? Are they loud? looks nice... did you get any ticket yet? I saw a lot of fixed up cars being pulled over because of their exhaust.

I dont wanna spend hundreds of dollar just to get a ticket.

Yep those are fireballs. When I first got it i thought it was loud but everyone says it's not that loud. I had cops follow right on my ass all the time but I was never pulled over. So i guess it's not that loud.

great

Thanks for the additional photos. Imma gonna have mine in less then a week Can't wait btw: Did you just use a jack to install the exhaust yourself? Also, did you have any fitment problems? Anything to anticipate in the install?

Thanks

i had the exhaust installed professionally for $75. One tip sticks out slightly more then the other past the bumper, but with some adjustments im sure u can match them up. The only suggestion i can give u for installing yourself is be prepared to have some difficulties removing the bolts. My guy heated up the bolts with a blowtorch to remove them. Besides that it looked fairly simple. Also the exhaust has a rotten odor for the 1st week, but it does go away. As far as sound, its exactlly what i was looking for. A low mellow sound, not raspy or loud. I paid $390 w/ shipping from ebay. IMO i dont think u will get this quality exhaust(completely stainless steel cat-back) for that price anywhere or from any other manufacturer.

im paying 385 shipped for mine.....from performance peddlers, and yes to install you usually have to have a torch...to cut off the old bolts
