Digital Cluster?

One thing I've always liked in certain cars was the digital dash cluster. I was curious if anyone has ever successfully seen or put a digital cluster into a 6th gen accord? Or any accord for that matter. I've been doing some searches on Google for any projects like that, and I haven't found any. Surely there's a way to do it without breaking the bank..? Any of you LED and Retro freaks know anything about it?

Hehe...I was looking at the Civic and S2000 clusters, which are digital. But since they're newer, I don't know if they'd fit in the 6th gen dash configuration. :[ I guess I could try to track down some measurements or something.

Hrmmm..

chances are those two clusters aren't gonna fit. if they do...they're gonna take a LOT of custom modification.

S2000 gauges or the new Civic gauges would be siiiiick. I would much rather have one of those than reverse indiglo haha. Good luck, it's going to need a lot of modifying in order for either of those to fit but with the proper amount of time, money and patience you'll be able to pull it off.

i know auto meter makes digital gauges, so you could prolly take out your cluster, make a board to put the auot meter ones on and mount it all in there, but that might be a little upwards in price but that would look nice, cuz the auto meter ones have a chrome ring around them.

May not be as pretty as an S2K panel, but this might be more feasable:

Hrmm.. I was looking this morning, comp, and I haven't found anyone showing/saying that they'd done it. I've looked at the universals before, but I'm not a big fan of them. For that kind of money, I'd just as soon stay stock. Lol But I appreciate the links, DB.

I like the dakota gauges in hot rods. I don't think it would look good in the accord
