Recommendations on an amp to power MB Quart RSD216

There are not many car stereo shops where I am living right now so I need to buy a good 4-channel amp off the web (without listening to it). I would like your opinion on one before I choose.

For speakers I have MB Quart RSD216s in the front, and stock speakers in the rear. The RSD216s have the following specifications:
Impedance: 4 Ohms
Frequency Response: 38-32k
Sensitivity: 86 dB
Power Range: 60-130 watts
Crossover Freq: 2500Hz Hz
Crossover Slope: 12 dB/octave

Please recommend a strong, loud, musical, "clean", but economical 4-channel amplifier to power these speakers.

what's your price range?
Are you afraid of using eBay as a possible source?...or do you want an authorized online dealer(cbrstereo, carmedia1, sounddomain, mainstreetaudio, etc)?

I don't really have a price range. If it is really worth the money, I will save up and buy the right choice. I just want some recommendations. It can't be too expensive, it will only be running RSD216s, not anything like the utopias.

Ebay is cool. I just need the model number for the exact amplifier I am buying. I don't want a crap one.

I am also considering this amp:

JL audio 300.4
cost $350
Rated Power (stereo): 75 W RMS x 4 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V)
Rated Power (bridged): 150 W RMS x 2 @ 3 ohm-8 ohm (11V-14.5V)
THD at Rated Power: <0.03% @ 4 ohm
S/N Ratio*: >108.5 dB below rated power
Frequency Response: 5 Hz-30 KHz (+0, -1dB)
Damping Factor: >200 @ 4 ohm per ch./50 Hz
Input Range: switchable from 200mV-2V RMS to 800mV-8V RMS
Dimensions: 13.4"L x 9.25"W x 2.36"H

I got a chance to hear this one on some MB Quart PCE216s. The amp sounds a'ight, nothing special.

Get the JL Amp. That's the amp I'm using and it sounds amazing with the comps. That's actually the exact same setup as mine. (MB Quart 6.5s and JL 300.4 amp)

Here's a pic of the amp installed...the install is nothin fancy, but it looks good enough.

YOU DON'T NEED THAT MUCH POWER TO RUN YOUR HIGH..
YOU WILL NEED THAT POWER TO RUN YOU AMP ON YOUR LOW IN THE FUTURE. CHECK YOUR ALT ON YOU DOOR YOU TO SEE THE AMP RATING YOU NEED THAT POWER.

GOOD LUCK..

I AM SORRY BUT I DID NOT SEE THE PIC OF YOUR SETUP.
ANY WAY ONE AMP IS FOR YOUR HIGH AND MID.

THE OTHER ONE IS FOR YOUR LOW..12"-15"(HIGH CURRENT AMP)

THAT HOW YOU GET CLEAN SOUND.. THE HIGH YOU DON'T NEED EXPENSIVE AMP BUT A GOOD ONE ALPINE..

Out of the ones your posted I would pick the PPI. Otherwise...Eclipse,Memphis,Diamond Audio,PG,Soundstream,etc..But all the ones you mentioned shouldnt be bought off of ebay or any onlines stores...there is no authorized dealers for them. Therefore no warranty, and possibly not real equiptment.
