AV6 hydraulic hood lifts + CF Hood?

What do you AV6er's use instead of the OEM hydraulic lifts? I'm reading that some of you go and get the I4 hood prop. If I go and get the new pneumatics struts (lighter load), does it bolt onto the CF hood without drilling holes for them (I'm assuming it'll go where the stock ones goes)?

Btw, this is for an OEM Seibon CF Hood.

I have a Vis with the struts and have no issues. The Vis hood already came with the mounting screws already installed. I dont know about Seibon though. Im sure if they want to compete they should have them installed as well.
