New to forums

Hi, im new and soon will have an AV6 coupe, i've noticed a lot of blacked out headlights and was wondering if those are DIY or aftermarket, and where can i buy those lips or OEM lips from?

The headlight topic has been driven well into the ground. OEM lip...if you're in Austin, TX...there's a used front OEM lip @ First Texas Honda for $140 I believe. Otherwise handaaccessories.com or eBay.

Where in TX are you?

To answer your question, in short: some of the blackhoused headlights are DIYs and some are aftermarket. Heed vietninja's advice and search, that'll give you the long answer.

buying a pair of black out headlights are best. because 1, you dont youch teh insides, and 2, they where professionaly done.


if you do it urself, you have chances on screwing up n such...


plus, it givs you an extra pair of headlights......when u decide to go retro...

wg2k7 - You can get a Mugen lip for any 6th gen.

you have to get it custom fit for 01-02s, or so ive heard. i dont have any problems since i have a 99

For a while they made ones to fit the 01 - 02 without modification also.
