How is the west wing kit held on? i heard from one guy that he only used double sided tape? how sturdy is that for highway speeds? is there any places for it to be drilled?

Well there some screw you need to mount to secure the lip on, or at least he was supposed to

It will if you do some cutting it will fit on a 01-02 front bumper.
