Need Help with Removal Of Backseat and Door Panel

Can anyone help me out with instructions on how to remove the backseat of my 6th Gen 2DR and also the door panel? Any input would be awesome I have some small maintenance that needs to be done that I know I D.I.Y. but would like not to mess up any door clips or whatnot in the process.

do you want to remove just the bottom of the seat or the seat back too?
I'm pretty sure to remove the bottom you just pull up on the front of it.
to remove the door panel you have to unscrew a screw in the bottom of part of the door you pull to close it, and then remove the one behind the door handle.
take the little triangular piece off that is on the inside of the rearview mirrors, then remove the little plastic pin that is below the triangular piece with a screwdriver. Then remove the entire door handle assembly by pulling it back and then forward and pull out at the same time. once that is off, remove the little clip on the metal rod that is connected to the door handle. once that is off, just give the entire door panel a good yank and then pull up to release all the clips. then unclip the wire harnesses from all of the controls. don;t worry about bending the clips too much, since they're pretty hard to bend
