will 04 TL rims fit on my 6th gen?

2004 Acura TL OEM rims with Kumho Ecsta ASX all season, 235/40/17 and an offset should be 45? i believe anyways

how would this fit on my car? i want to lower my car so i dont want any rubbing on the front wheels nor the back

Stock height on sedans they stick out like no other but when dropped its perfect, altough the wheels themselves are pretty heavy.

06 TL Wheels FTW!!
17x8 with 235/45/17 Kuhmo Ecsta ASX - pro kit drop

Ok, officially I will say these rims were meant for our cars. These wheels have woken up my coupe, stabilily increase of 100%! Also about them sticking out, right after I put these on I was worried they would rub. Amazingly they do not rub at all!! it has to be just bearly clearing. which is another reason I say they were meant for the car.

I just got a set put onto my v6 sedan and I have slight rubbing on the rear driver side! Any ideas guys? a slight fender roll/bend? The rear passenger side is fine and dandy just the rear drivers and its starting to annoy me. I'm running 235/45/17 nexen 3000.
Thanks

How come it seems like some people rub while others say they don't have any problems? I am looking to get some 2004 Acura Tl set of wheels & tires 235/45 R17 but don't want them to rub. Right now I am on some 225/40 18s on stock height and only have rubbing issues over bumps or if I have people in the back. Should I keep my 18s or go with the 17 acura TLs?
