Do bad tires develop uneven wear?

I am having some major issue with the noise and shakes that my tires make. Went to three different mechanics, got three different answers. Suspension, bearing and tires are the culprits.

At first, i thought it was the bearing due to the noise. The tires have toothlike wear so it could be the suspension. The thing is my ride is fine. There is no leak on the struts and the car doesn't bounce much when push down.

So comes the tire. It's Lemans Champion HR. I admit I didn't pay top dollars for these tires. In fact, I bought them DIRT cheap. One of the mechanics suggested that bad tires develop uneven wear on its own without the fault of suspension or bearing. Hmmm, I just thought bad tires have shorter life.

What's ur take on this?

if "tooth like wear" is what we call cupping, then i'm going to go with something is wrong with your suspension. like a bad ball joint, or something along those lines.

cheap tires can be suprising.. thats why you dont cheap out on your ride especially what your car is sitting on.
