my new 18x8 30 offset rims.

just put these on a new hours. got 215/35/18 tires instead of my usual 225/40/18. 18x8 with a 30 offset. i wish the lip was bigger but with this offset theres no need to run a spacer. in the front rims are very flush and their pretty flush in the back also. still looking for 9.5 rears in 19" though. i will camber the back in and run 215/35/19 tires

car is ALOT lower now with these tires. These where one of my favorite sets of rims ever. if you guys remember i had these in 19" last year. But i sold those to a green 6th gen coupe 2 weeks after i got them.

How did you get those wheels so d*%$ flush?? I just got 18x8 35mm offset with 225/40/18 wheels and they are sticking out wayyyyyyy more than your pics! I can't believe that 5mm of offset and 10mm of tire width would make that much difference...?? What can I do to make my wheels more flush?

What's your suspension setup? That probably has a lot to do with the difference in flushness.

well im gonna be putting 225/40/18 and 215/35/19 on my next setup which is these same wheels. their flush cause their only 8 inches wide. and my car is pretty low so lots of camber. if they werent lfush i could have ordered a camber kit and made em flush. thats what i will have to do with the 9.5.

I just hope it turns out decent

New mods sound great, your car's coming along nicely...I just hope you keep the upcoming wheels for awhile.
