Car still riding rough..

I currently stepped back down to 17s with 215/40 tires(maybe the problem?)and dropped it another 2"

But Im in the Purple D2 Racing coilovers, and I adjusted it all the way to the softest setting, but still feels really rough, almost can feel every bump in the road.

I didnt feel the difference from the old settings to all the way soft? but when I turn it all the way to hard it stiffens and bounces alot on a straight road.

also when I hit a bump the back drivers side clunks.like the spring moving then becoming compressed again.
**Like when you jack the car up you can move the spring up and down with your hand from tophat to the adjusting spinners, but when you drop it it compresses back to normal..**

guys have any ideas of what I can do to make the ride better?
*like when I was on my H&R sports..lol
Kind of embarrassing to drive people around because I can see them bouncing around..ha

I think you need to preload your springs. They aren't suppose to be clunking like that.

How do I preload them? Iv seen people ask have you touched your preload and I dont know what that is..
I only installed them and adjusted the spinners down to lower the car..

So i preloaded them, but i cannot get the bottom collar loose to spin the body to properly lower the car..
